Barclays video ad clicks on itself while scrolling through the list of stories And while reading articles, sometimes multiple times in the same article.

On occasion Ive seen other ads click on themselves too.

Advertisers dont want to pay for "fake" clicks which means that Bloomberg probably consciously made a decision to use a second rate advertising provider that doesnt screen the ads as well as it should.
