Add to reading list not working

Since the latest iOS update 9.3, when i click "Add to reading list" for an article, it does not sync with my Mac or other devices.
Maybe this is an Apple bug. Or maybe it is to do with the Bloomberg app having a bug as a result of the new iOS 9.3
