You CAN use old version

The app is excellent and certainly worth using if only for the live feed, especially "Charlie Rose" at 7 & 10 pm (Montreal/ Toronto).
If you have the previous version of the app on ios7 device, there is a way to at least LISTEN to the audio part of the feed. You have to be quick, though!
After you launch the app, try to tap on Live TV BEFORE the update warning pops up on the screen.
It might take a few tries, by taping on "Update", and switching back and forth from the App Store. If you get the video to start loading, youre in luck! The video will play behind the popup window. Its not a perfect solution. But since most of the shows are interviews, the audio alone should suffice.
